What is it?:
This Agreement prevents the disclosure of confidential information to the public or to any parties that are not signatories to the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
When is it used?:
Confidential information may either be shared by one or both parties in a transaction. Non-Disclosure Agreements typically protect the interest of the party that is disclosing the confidential information. Accordingly, the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is typically used when both parties are sharing sensitive or confidential information with each other, so that both Parties remain protected from unlawful disclosure of information.
